Another quiet six game main slate for tonight's NBA action. At the time of this article LaMelo Ball has announced his hopeful return to basketball after being sidelined during the pre-season. This is great news for the Hornets as they have been troubled with injuries left and right. As for DFS tonight we have to be smart with the picks, since some games can see high spreads meaning less action for the starters and stars. As usual I will be leaving "Questionable" and "Doubtful" players off of my list to ensure healthy lineups.

POINT GUARD

Tyrese Haliburton - ($8,900) - If you were to tell me that Haliburton would be listed at $8,900 last season, I would've laughed. However Tyrese is no laughing matter this year, he is averaging 21 points a game for the Pacers which is an improvement from last year. The usage is there for Haliburton which is why I think this price fits him perfectly (23.4% Usage Rate) which is good for 3rd overall on the team. Not only can the talented guard score, he is an excellent play-maker. Tyrese accounts for 48% of team assists which can add fantasy points and value to his game.

SHOOTING GUARD

Tyrese Maxey - ($8,000) - A returning candidate to my DFS articles, Tyrese hopes to have a bounce back game from his previous performance. Again Philly is with no Harden for tonight and De'Anthony Melton is also questionable so the Sixer's may rely heavy on Maxey and Embiid. Maxey leads the team in total minutes played and I expect he's on the court longer than his average shifts for tonight especially if Philadelphia is short-handed.

SMALL FORWARD

OG Anunoby - ($7,300) - Another injury filled team in the Toronto Raptors, Anunoby should see his usage rise with no Siakam or Khem Birch. Although OG isn't known for his scoring, his defense is something to focus heavily on. He accounts for 35% of team steals, while also leading the team in minutes played. Look for OG to assert is defensive dominance in a tough match-up against the Pacers.

POWER FORWARD

Georges Niang - ($4,100) - Although not listed as a "value" pick, I like the match-up for Georges. Niang isn't playing jaw-dropping minutes, but he fills in his shooting with the time that is given to him. Georges is shooting 5.1 3-Point attempts while only playing 18 minutes off the bench. It only takes 2-3 makes from deep for him to catch fire and prove his value for tonight.

CENTER

Myles Turner - ($6,300) - The NBA veteran looks to keep his productive start to the season for Indiana. Facing a roughed up Toronto team (Birch,Siakam,Vanvleet) the paint should be easy for Myles to take control of. He's only averaging 8 total rebounds but I can see him easily surpass this number with Toronto being without their starter, and back-up big men. A little bonus that makes him my lock for the center position, is that he shooting just over four 3-Point shot attempts per game which could add a few bonus fantasy points.
